Pennsylvania Mobile Notary Public

Purpose Initiative Solutions provides mobile notary public services by appointment throughout designated areas of Pennsylvania.

Available notarial services may include:

  • Acknowledgments

  • Oaths and affirmations

  • Verifications on oath or affirmation

  • Witnessing or attesting signatures

  • Certified or attested copies when permitted by Pennsylvania law

  • Other notarial acts authorized under Pennsylvania law

Appointments may be available at private residences, businesses, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, nursing facilities, senior communities, and other mutually agreed-upon locations.

Travel and other non-notarial service charges will be disclosed before the appointment and itemized separately.

Tri-State Legal Process Serving

Purpose Initiative Solutions provides legal process serving across select areas of Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey, subject to applicable jurisdictional requirements and availability.

Our process-serving services include:

  • Professional and respectful service attempts

  • Careful review of assignment instructions

  • Timely status and attempt updates

  • Accurate documentation and recordkeeping

  • Coordination from assignment through completion

  • Proof, affidavit, or return-of-service documentation when applicable

Service availability, rates, anticipated attempts, mileage, rush requests, and any special instructions will be discussed before the assignment is accepted. Acceptance of an assignment does not guarantee that a particular individual or entity will be successfully located or served.

Mobile Notary Pricing

Pennsylvania notarial fees:

  • Acknowledgment: $5 for the first individual; $2 for each additional individual named in the same certificate

  • Oath or affirmation: $5 per individual

  • Verification on oath or affirmation: $5 per individual

  • Witnessing or attesting a signature: $5 per signature

  • Certified or attested copy, when permitted: $5 per copy

  • Protest of a negotiable instrument: $3 per page

Notarial fees and all additional service charges are separately disclosed and itemized.

Mobile service and travel fees:

  • Within 10 miles: $60

  • 11–20 miles: $80

  • 21–30 miles: $105

  • More than 30 miles: Personalized quote

We calculate travel distance from our designated service base and confirm it before the appointment.

Legal Process-Serving Pricing

Routine Service — Starting at $75

First attempt generally within 3–5 business days, with up to three documented attempts and status updates.

Priority Service — Starting at $125

First attempt generally within 48–72 hours, with expedited handling and status updates.

Same-Day Service — Starting at $175

Same-day first attempt is subject to submission time, location, and availability.

Pricing applies per recipient and per service address. Mileage, additional attempts, rush requests, court fees, parking, tolls, and other third-party costs are quoted separately. Successful service cannot be guaranteed.

ADMINISTRATIVE DOCUMENT SUPPORT

Administrative document support is available for individuals, families, businesses, and organizations that need professional assistance organizing, formatting, scanning, or delivering documents.

• Form-completion assistance using client-provided answers: $25 per hour
• Scanning and electronic delivery, up to 25 pages: $10
• Additional scanning: $0.25 per page
• Black-and-white copies: $0.25 per page
• Color copies: $0.75 per page
• Courier or document delivery: Starting at $35, plus applicable mileage, parking, and tolls
• Customized administrative projects: Personalized quote required

Administrative document support is strictly limited to typing, formatting, organization, and entering information supplied by the client.

Preparing for Your Appointment

Please have:

  • Complete documents that have not been signed

  • Acceptable, current identification for each signer

  • All required signers and witnesses present

  • Instructions from the receiving agency or an attorney regarding the notarial act required
